The new Apple TV+ drama Your Friends & Neighbors (premiering on April 11) takes its wealth porn very seriously.

Every time its antihero, Andrew Cooper (Jon Hamm), steals something from one of his rich pals, we get a full-blown explanation of what he’s taking. Hamm, in his sultry tones, sounds like an auctioneer as he narrates the value of a Patek Philippe watch or a Van Cleef & Arpels diamond necklace, explaining why it’s so pricey.
