Krispy Kreme Owner Takes Offices at Fifth Avenue Skyscraper

JAB Holding Co., the investment firm behind Krispy Kreme Inc., signed a lease at a new 1,002-foot-tall tower on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue.

The firm has signed a lease to occupy the 11th floor at 520 Fifth Ave., taking roughly 11,600 square feet (1,070 square meters) of space, according to a statement Thursday. It’s JAB’s first significant office space in New York City.
