  • 00:00GLOBAL REACH OF THE COMPANY. IT IS TIME NOW FOR CHARTING FEATURES. HERE IS ABIGAIL DOOLITTLE. WE HAVE OUR FIRST UPDATE OF THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, ARE THE STOCK FUTURES SUGGESTING GOING TO LAST? ABIGAIL: COMING OUT OF THREE DOWN DAYS, WE HAVE A SALAD RALLY FOR THE S & P FUTURES, 9/10 OF 1%. THE NASDAQ LAGGING AND CONFIRMING THE RISK ON DAY WITH BOND FUTURES, U.S. 10 YEAR TREASURY FUTURES DOWN ABOUT 4%. AND MAYBE THE FUTURES ARE POINTING TO MORE GAINS AHEAD. WE TAKE A LOOK AT THE CHART IN THE BLOOMBERG, WHAT WE ARE LOOKING AT AND BLUE IS THE S & P 500 EMINI FUTURES, AND IN WHITES, WE ARE LOOKING AT THE 10 YEAR TREASURY NOTE FUTURES. WE SEE COMING OUT OF JUNE, THE INTERESTING DYNAMIC OR BOTH WERE TRADING HIGHER TOGETHER, A LITTLE SIDEWAYS, BUT THE POINT I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE MORE RECENTLY IN SEPTEMBER, WE HAD A SOLID DOWNTREND FOR THE TREASURY FUTURES. IF THAT IS MAINTAINED, IT SUGGESTS THAT MAYBE WE WILL SEE STOCKS GO HIGHER, EVEN IF IT IS A CHOPPY RIDE. TO TALK MORE ABOUT THIS, I WOULD LIKE TO BRING IN STEVE SUTTON MEYER. THAT IS AN INTERESTING CHART, AND THE RECENT PULLBACK IF YOU COULD CALL IT, IT MIGHT BE BRIEF IF IT LASTS AT ALL. > > IT ALSO SUGGESTS THAT SOME OF THE ROTATION WE HAVE SEEN TOWARDS RALLYING AND INDUSTRIALS AND FINANCIALS, SOMEWHAT AWAY FROM GROWTH AND THAT MIGHT CONTINUE IF THAT TREND PERSIST. ABIGAIL: LET ' S PUT THAT IN THE CONTEXT. IT COULD STAY A LITTLE BUMPY. > > NORMALLY, DECEMBER IS A LITTLE BIT OF A BUMPY MONTH, BUT YOU ARE GETTING MIXED SIGNALS FROM HEADLINES AND MACRO, SO IT TRIGGERED A LITTLE BIT OF A DIP ON THE S & P, BUT WE THINK WE CAN PULL SOMEWHERE AROUND 3000. I THINK WE CAN BOUNCE OFF OF THE LEVEL AND RALLY TOWARDS WHAT THAT TRIANGLE PROJECTS. THE CASH MARKETS, 32. 20. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT IT IS IT KEEPS YOU IN MARKETS, IT GETS OVERBOUGHT QUICKLY, AND IT KEEPS YOU IN UPTRENDS. WHEN IT GETS OUT OF THE OVERBOUGHT LEVEL, YOU HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF VOLATILITY. I WOULD LOOK TO BUY DOWNWARD VOLATILITY, SO THAT IS WHAT I AM LOOKING TO DO IN DECEMBER. ABIGAIL: LET ' S PUT THIS IN THE CONTEXT OF A LONGER-TERM WEEKLY CHART THAT WE HAVE HERE, AND I AM TRYING TO PULL IT UP. IT MAY NOT BE WORKING. LET ' S TALK ABOUT THIS CHART HERE. IF YOU WERE TO HAVE A STOP HERE, YOU ARE LOOKING AT ALL-TIME HIGHS AS A POSSIBLE TARGET, WHAT KIND OF A STAFF WOULD YOU USE? STEVE: I AM GOING TO FOCUS A LITTLE BIT MORE ON THE WEEKLY JUST TALKING ABOUT OUR VIEWS ARE 2020. WE THINK 20/20 COULD LOOK A LOT LIKE 2017, OR 2014, AND THE REASON WHY IS IT IS DEJA VU. WE HAVE A SIMILAR PATTERN IN 2015, 2016, AND 2018, 2019. THERE WE ARE. ABIGAIL: THERE WE ARE. STEVE: THANK YOU, I APPRECIATE THAT. IT IS DEJA VU ALL OVER AGAIN. BREAK AND EARLY 2013, A CONSOLIDATION FOR TWO YEARS, ANOTHER BREAK OUT IN LATE 2016. HERE WE GO, ANOTHER ONE RIGHT HERE. IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, DEJA VU ALL OVER AGAIN, I THINK WE CONTINUE TO HAVE A GOOD YEAR IN 2020, SIMILAR TO WHAT HAPPENED. ABIGAIL: SO YOU ARE BUYING SIMILAR USING 3000 A POSSIBLE STOP.
